1. Re: Acrobat X Pro volume license says the serial number has expired
Test Screen Name Dec 1, 2014 9:46 AM (in response to gadecke)You really need to contact the people who deal with volume licenses urgently. But here is one thought. I've seen a bit of a flurry of messages like this in the last few months from people who believed they had permanent licenses. But in fact, some of them found they had actually purchased some of the first subscriptions (a 2 year one, typically), which just ran out. So go back to your original paperwork too.

trdirector Dec 1, 2014 12:10 PM (in response to Test Screen Name)Our company had the same problem beginning this morning. We are on a CLP agreement. The Serial number for Adobe Acrobat X Pro is removed from the site, it still lists 6,7,8,9,11. Where did 10 go???

4. Re: Acrobat X Pro volume license says the serial number has expired
gadecke Dec 2, 2014 6:42 AM (in response to gadecke)Update: It turns out that this is affecting all of our installations of Acrobat X Professional - not only our volume license, but also box licenses. I believe the issue stems from the fact that we had purchased licenses for Acrobat XI, but actually installed Acrobat X, and had to obtain a "backwards licensing key" from Adobe on November 26, 2013. My suspicion is that the backwards licensing key which Adobe provided was only good for a year.
