    NetStatusEvent doesn't fire over RTMPT

      Hi,

I appears to me that I have stumbled upon a bug in flash. My issue is the following:

I stream a users camera and audio from a browsers flash plugin to a Wowza Streaming Server over the RTMPT protocol (I do this over RTMPT because we have experienced firewall issues with streaming through the RTMP protocol, in some companies). If the streaming server then for some reason (could be a restart server side) disconnect, it never sends a NetConnection.Connect.Closed back to the client, and if I then try to refresh the browser (tested in chrome, firefox and safari on a mac) the flash plugin becomes not responsive (I monitor it in the activity monitor) and in most cases the plugin has to be forced quit on the client side for it to become responsive again.

When I test this over RTMP everything works like a charm. I get the NetConnection.Connect.Closed and can act accordingly.

Any thoughts or is this something only Adobe can sort out?

      Regards,
