    How to exchange downloaded (but not activated) Windows version for Mac Prem. Elements 13


      Purchased an online version of Premier Elements and inadvertently ordered a Windows version rather than Mac version. Their customer support deals with hard copies - not online downloaded purchases and their "chat" keeps saying close browser and start new chat.  You do that and it says the same thing.  No phone numbers or way to communicate my issue of simply getting a Mac version rather than a Windows version to download!  Any suggestions?
