I purchased a one-year subscription to creative cloud from Adobe online, and I did not get a redemption code, only got an email with the order number. So all the applications I download now are trials and it's asking to pay more to get the full version. What should I do? and who do I contact to get the redemption code?
I checked the payment portal, there has been no credit card update as well as the address in the billing detail is not complete for this order, the order has not been completed. You can ignore this & place another.
