I tried calling them today at the first number given and apparently I would have had to hold for over 2 hours, so they've put me on a call back list for later today. I've had the same issue as the person who originally posted, following the directions and being sent around in circles. By intentionally making it difficult for people to cancel their subscriptions, Adobe is engaging in some smart marketing practices for their bottom line, but crappy customer service (which is what I will remember the next time I think of their products).
