Ann Bens Dec 1, 2014 12:22 PM (in response to ronze98)If the footage is progressive, make sure the sequence is also progressive and set playback to both fields.
If footage is interlaced set sequence to interlaced upper field and playback to first field.

3. Re: How to fix interlace issues on videos?
ronze98 Dec 1, 2014 1:21 PM (in response to Richard M Knight)Yes, I exported the footages from lightroom 5. Then I re-encoded it using media encoder in order to remove the audio channel:
format=quick time
codec=photo jpeg
field order = upper first <-- I see progressive as an option here, does upper first = interlace? Maybe this is the reason?

Richard M Knight Dec 1, 2014 1:24 PM (in response to ronze98)Yes upper first means interlaced.
Go back to the original footage, if you can, and make a matching sequence in Premiere.
