Meg The Dog Dec 1, 2014 1:09 PM (in response to dunbar2222)Please describe your disk drive set up.
Have you tried using Disk Utility (in the Finder, go to the menu Go > Utilities > Disk Utility) to repair disk permissions?

Kevin-Monahan Dec 1, 2014 1:15 PM (in response to dunbar2222)Hi Dunbar,
Ctrl-click on your Mac HD and choose "Get Info." In the bottom of this panel, ensure that permissions are set to Read/Write for your user account. Are they set correctly? Also check the permissions on other crucial Adobe folders: Premiere Pro CC, CC 2014, or 2014.1 freezing on startup or crashing while working (Mac OS X 10.9, and later)
Thanks,

dunbar2222 Dec 1, 2014 6:08 PM (in response to Meg The Dog)Hey Meg the Dog,
Thanks for the prompt response. I just tried disk utility to no avail.
My disk set up is. Using a 4tb g-drive not a raid (which is where my scratch disk is location)
And then my computer has a 3tb fusion drive.

dunbar2222 Dec 1, 2014 6:14 PM (in response to Kevin-Monahan)Hey Kevin,
Just tried both your suggestions. All the folders associated with adobe are read/write.
I had not had an issue with this project, but all of a sudden it started to happen. Seemingly out of thin air.
