If not then please see Install and update apps - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/install-apps.html for information on how to install both applications.

KeithMP Dec 2, 2014 8:08 AM (in response to Jeff A Wright)I using Desktop Apps website and clicking on either to install Photoshop or Lightroom and then Application Manager starts and then quits. I need to talk to someone to help me with the install. Email is not working and is taking too long. Do you have a number I can call you at?

Without any specific error messages I would recommend removing and reinstalling the Adobe Creative applications. That should reinstall the damaged Adobe Application Manager.
