    I was double billed, two amounts yesterday for Dreamweaver

      I was charged twice for Dreamweaver. One that I paid on my own yesterday for $19.99 which is fine but I was then charged an additional $29.99. I need this refunded right away.

      Chat is closed for some reason (didn't it used to be 24/7?) and I don't have access to a phone at the moment. Can any Adobe person here help me?
