2. Re: adobe photoshop cc 2014 APP CRASH???
Chris Cox Dec 1, 2014 7:47 PM (in response to fotobybrandy)It says right in the crash report that your third party plugin "Panel-x64.8li" crashed.
Disable that plugin until you can get an update that fixes the crashing bugs.

but it tried to open and then same situation....I havent loaded any plugins to photoshop yet just to be clear
- Close Photoshop.
- Hold down the Shift key and launch Photoshop. A dialog will appear during launch that reads "Skip loading optional and third-party plug-ins?"
- Click Yes to skip loading optional and third-party plug-ins.
- Note: This only disables optional and third-party for the current session. If you quit and restart Photoshop without holding down the Shift key, the optional or third-party plug-ins will be enabled.

I already found some other threads about this problem and the solution with updating my graphics driver doesn't work for me, because it says it's up to date and on my manufacturers page the newest driver is from year 2012 (I have Asus notebook with Intel HD Graphics 4000 and on Intel page there is this warning: Intel provides generic versions of drivers for general purposes. Your computer manufacturer may have altered the features, incorporated customizations, or made other changes to your driver. )

12. Re: adobe photoshop cc 2014 APP CRASH???
Tercovka Dec 2, 2014 12:49 PM (in response to Tercovka)I tried to move the file named sniffer to my desktop, and it worked. But I read that it's not very correct solution. Then I saw you reply so I moved the sniffer back to its original folder, and tried to launch Photoshop again, just in case. And it seems to be working just fine!
If it stops, I'll try to rename the file. And by renaming it you mean what exactly? Rename it to the same name? Thank you!

14. Re: adobe photoshop cc 2014 APP CRASH???
Chris Cox Dec 2, 2014 3:30 PM (in response to Tercovka)That says that your Intel video card driver is crashing.
Update your video card driver from Intel's website (Not Microsoft or a system builder).

15. Re: adobe photoshop cc 2014 APP CRASH???
Tercovka Dec 2, 2014 4:05 PM (in response to Chris Cox)Problem is that when i try to find suitable driver via Intel's update utility, it finds none and says this
I'm therefore not sure if I can install this driver -> Intel® Download Center without causing some problem. I contacted Asus but still waiting for reply (on their page they have the version I have, from 2012) . What do you think, should I try to install the Intel update anyway? Thank you.

16. Re: adobe photoshop cc 2014 APP CRASH???
Chris Cox Dec 2, 2014 4:39 PM (in response to Tercovka)Download the update, use the "have disk" method to find and install the driver.
And tell Asus that you are unhappy that they would not let you update the driver and fix the bugs.

18. Re: adobe photoshop cc 2014 APP CRASH???
Chris Cox Dec 3, 2014 2:12 AM (in response to fotobybrandy)That would be another symptom of using out of date video card drivers that have unfixed bugs.
Again, update your video card drivers from the GPU maker's website.
