Semaphoric Dec 1, 2014 3:32 PM (in response to ArtAttax)You can buy it from Adobe here: Creative Suite 6. Click on "BUY", and then select upgrade ($199.00 from CS5/5.5) for the standard version.

Test Screen Name Dec 1, 2014 3:51 PM (in response to ArtAttax)But do realise (not everyone does) that, although you can buy CS6 today, it will never be upgraded, fixed, or changed to work in new systems. It is now two versions out of date.

ArtAttax Dec 1, 2014 7:54 PM (in response to Semaphoric)Thank you. I guess I forgot to try Adobe's site since its a defunct version. How else does one use Photoshop now with a graphics-dedicated non-internet computer?

ArtAttax Dec 1, 2014 8:50 PM (in response to Test Screen Name)Thank you. I already don't understand how the internet-dependant version works except that it is continually updated. Now you have told me it is not.

Test Screen Name Dec 2, 2014 1:01 AM (in response to ArtAttax)Think versions like this: CS4, CS5, CS6, CC, CC2014. Each is a major upgrade.
You can BUY a license for CS6 only. Doesn't get you later versions.
A subscriber would normally just run the latest (CC2014 today), but can also run CC or CS6.
