1. Re: I want to convert my PDF to powerpoint. I have ExportPDF plan. It's only letting me convert to Word, Excel, RTF
Sara.Forsberg Dec 1, 2014 5:38 PM (in response to martinjetpack)Hi martinjetpack,
To convert PDF files to PowerPoint, you need the Adobe PDF Pack subscription (or Acrobat). If you'd like, we can convert your ExportPDF subscription to an Adobe PDF Pack subscription (though there is a difference in cost). Please let me know if you'd like to change your subscription, and I can take care of it for you.
Best,
Sara

martinjetpack Dec 1, 2014 5:43 PM (in response to Sara.Forsberg)Hi Sara
Thanks for your prompt answer.
How come in your pricing page: Subscription Options to Convert PDF to Word & Excel | Adobe ExportPDF It says that conversion to PPT is part of the ExportPDF plan?

Sara.Forsberg Dec 1, 2014 6:32 PM (in response to martinjetpack)Hi martinjetpack,
Would you please send a screenshot of where you're seeing that? On the pricing page that you link to, there's no check mark in the ExportPDF column to indicate that it includes the ability to convert PDF to PowerPoint (whereas the Adobe PDF Pack and Acrobat columns do have a checkmark). If we have other information somewhere else, we need to take care of that!

5. Re: I want to convert my PDF to powerpoint. I have ExportPDF plan. It's only letting me convert to Word, Excel, RTF
Sara.Forsberg Dec 1, 2014 6:50 PM (in response to martinjetpack)I see. Only those features that have a checkmark are included in each service. In the ExportPDF column, there is no checkmark for PowerPoint, indicating that it's not included with ExportPDF.
Best,
Sara
