indikiddie Dec 1, 2014 9:06 PM (in response to sam.am)No error messages. When I go to enter the redemption code through the creative cloud's educard site, it just says "Oops! This code has already been redeemed." I actually haven't even gotten a chance to enter into the actual Creative Cloud software.

It is not require to enter he code to activate your product.
First confirm that the code is redeemed.
If it is redeemed it will show under you account
Login in to below link and check
https://accounts.adobe.com/plans
It is assigned.
Launch the products from your computer and click on License this software option, choose not my Adobe ID and sign in.
Then check
