    I cannot cancel my month to month subscription. Very frustrated and been waiting to chat for 30 minutes!!!

      I Need to cancel and I don't think I will ever pay again for all of this trouble I am having. Followed the directions, but when I click cancel plan, it pops up that I have to contact cudtomer support.

          I just got off the phone with adobe. I was on the site for over an hour (chat, trying to make it work) trying to find out how to cancel. The site is set up to go in circles. So frustrating. Finally, I called and was on hold for 15 minutes. I spoke with a professional man named Prince. I was trying to cancel this costly program that had so many flaws I could not list them it would take too much time. I realized I was too irate and frustrated, worked late tonight and a million other things but I had received an email from Adobe saying my subscription was up and I needed to update my plan and credit card. Well, they were able to charge my expired CC! when I told them I did not want to keep the Creative Cloud membership. I was planning on just signing up for one program Photoshop. But after the charge I was extremely irate and will deal with the CC company next. But Prince answers., nicely doing his job of trying to keep me from canceling. Everything I told him, he would come back with an answer to keep me on. Finally, I just screamed "PLEASE CANCEL!! THIS IS HARDER THAN GETTING A DIVORCE!" It was wrong in doing that but finally he was silent and let me cancel. They tried to charge me an additional $250 because they said I signed up for the next year by them being able to credit my expired card.

          I am exhausted and honestly, it was easier getting a divorce because I did have a lawyer. The only way to Cancel is call their 800 833-6687 number and wait on hold. Prince removed the Additional $250 they were charging because I was quitting something I did NOT sign up for and even if I had signed up for another year, it was not even a week past the date. There has to be some other software on planet earth that fix photos. I am going to find it and use it - it could not possibly be the outrageous cost of this.
