Please check with Bank if the transaction has gone through.

Rajshree Dec 2, 2014 10:03 AM (in response to Rajshree)I checked the payment portal, there has been no credit card update as well as the address in the billing detail is not complete for this order, the order has not been completed. You can ignore this & place another.

On what basis can I dispute with the bank, and you didn't even give me a valid reason why the transaction didn't work!
I discussed the login issue with another person, and there is not Adobe account linked to my Gmail, only the yahoo one which is not showing the creative cloud application.
Can you please send a phone number or email for someone who can get to the bottom of this.
The problem is clearly not going to be resolved, since I still don't know how I can purchase that subscription.
