I bought Adobe Premiere Elements 13 and somehow when it took me to the download page, it was only the "Windows, English" version. I need it for a mac. I went to the requesting the return steps (registered the program with the serial number on my account), but I can't open the program to deactivate it. It says "contact us" if you have trouble with this.
Even if I could deactivate it, the instructions are then to "contact us" to request a return. How should I proceed?

I would direct you to alternative files, but I am not sure if you will need a new serial number for the Premiere Elements 13 Mac, so best let us first
