2. Re: Need to cancel Creative Cloud membership
Gimmeabreak2 Dec 2, 2014 8:35 AM (in response to Jeff A Wright)IE and Firefox.
I posted this in another discussion:
Following all instructions, both on Adobe and links for here sends me in a circle. Just want to cancel and be done. Instructions tell you to do it from Manage Plan, manage plan sends you to support that tells you to cancel from Manage plan. Instruction page posted tells you to do it from manage plan. It's not working!
Thanks for any help. I would phone, but I don't have that kind of time.

Gimmeabreak2 Dec 2, 2014 8:35 AM (in response to Jeff A Wright)Sorry, yes to add-ons, but they shouldn't affect the workings of Adobe's instructions and loop.

4. Re: Need to cancel Creative Cloud membership
Jeff A Wright Dec 2, 2014 8:39 AM (in response to Gimmeabreak2)Gimmebreak2 I would ask that you please don't post to multiple topics on the same topic. I have branched out this discussion separately and locked the previous discussion you prepared.
Gimmeabreak2 what versions of Firefox and Internet Explorer? If you go to Contact Customer Care are you able to then contact our support team?

Gimmeabreak2 Dec 2, 2014 8:41 AM (in response to Jeff A Wright)No. It says to cancel monthly click the link. Link leads to instruction page that says to go and cancel through Manage Plan. Manage Plan says to go to the page that gives the link back to Manage Plan.

8. Re: Need to cancel Creative Cloud membership
Jeff A Wright Dec 2, 2014 9:08 AM (in response to Gimmeabreak2)Gimmeabreak2 thank you for the update. The link I offered in message #4 should have populated with an option to contact our chat support.
It is therefor likely that installed security software is blocking your ability to contact our support team. I would recommend using an alternate computer, smart phone, or tablet as it would be the most expedient option for you to contact our support team directly.
If you do not have access to another computer, tablet, or smartphone then you are welcome to private message me your contact details and I can request a member of our support team contact your directly.

13. Re: Need to cancel Creative Cloud membership
Jeff A Wright Dec 2, 2014 9:22 AM (in response to Gimmeabreak2)Are you clicking on Still Need Help at the bottom of the page? If you have a month to month plan then you can cancel the membership yourself. Instructions are available in the link in message #10.
I you would prefer to have someone from our support team contact you directly please private message me with your contact information, time zone, and preferred time to be contacted, and I can submit the request. It usually takes two to 3 business days for a call back to be made.

14. Re: Need to cancel Creative Cloud membership
Gimmeabreak2 Dec 2, 2014 9:26 AM (in response to Jeff A Wright)No offense man, but are you reading my messages? I have clicked every link available, including instructions page links, and they take you in a loop. I've tried four different browsers, turned off all add-ins, popups are allowed (can't do chat - not available for month-to-month after first month). It's not me. There are other discussions referencing the same thing.

15. Re: Need to cancel Creative Cloud membership
Gimmeabreak2 Dec 2, 2014 9:30 AM (in response to Jeff A Wright)I am on call as a med student. I cannot predict when I can take and make calls. Thank you anyway. Adobe needs to fix its Loop.
If I PM you my details can you get them to take care of it? I'll have to see if I still have emails or if my order number shows up.

16. Re: Need to cancel Creative Cloud membership
Gimmeabreak2 Dec 2, 2014 9:36 AM (in response to Jeff A Wright)Just so you know, the instructions page that tells you how to cancel shows the old setup for manage your account. Adobe changed the site recently and hence the loop. I saw the cancellation link and method on the old site and it worked. This one is a loop and the programmers don't know it.
