I can't approve of this cumbersome procedure to simply cancel a subscription.
I'll call in tomorrow and be happy to be rid of such nonsense.
I hope Adobe works on improving this and welcomes proper automation anno 2014.

Say what? Why on earth is the cancel function hidden behind a ton of trash and then you need to enter "still need to help?" Is that what Adobe think of their subscribers? Is that good guidance? This is a joke! That's like saying we want to make it very hard for you.
Wow. I mean WOW. Glad I never bought into that CC thing. Jisses. Is this even legal?!
