Rajshree Dec 2, 2014 12:44 PM (in response to fran48)You have got a redemption code in the box (alpha numeric number) , there shall be a document also with a link to go log in & redeem the code & get the serial number. You do have an Adobe ID with the email provided here & the customer number is 416011034.
