Please help - trying to submit new folios

So we have folios created for iPhone and iPad. These are new magazine-type issues for an existing app. We have all new app artwork for the app as well. The folios are "published" in the DPS online folio producer. Now what do I need to do to publish to the store? Do I just use the desktop dps app builder? If so, how do I associate those folios with the app?

I'm also having trouble signing into Xcode to make mobile provisions files --- wouldn't that be using the same login I use for iTunes connect? It's not letting me login for some reason.

      TIA for any help!

If the folios are free all you need to do is publish them as public/free and they will show up in the app automatically. If they are folios you are selling then you need to publish them as public/retail and make sure you have approved iTunes in-app purchase entries for them on Apple's side. Make sure you have the folios in the same account you selected when building your app originally in App Builder.

There is no need in either case to resubmit your app.

If you are trying to change your app artwork then you will need to rebuild the app in App Builder with the new artwork and resubmit to Apple.

You can generate mobile provision files from the iTunes developer portal. There's no need to use xcode. If you are having trouble logging into the developer portal then you'll need to talk to Apple.
