Recently my Macbook Pro crashed. I was able to salvage my hard drive and move Photoshop Extended to my new Macbook Pro. Prior to the crash, I did not deactivate Photoshop on my old computer. I am told that I need to contact support for help with remotely deactivating that account, but I have tried unsuccessfully for the past 2 days to chat with a representative. I keep getting the response, "Chat is unavailable right now." Is there any other way to contact support? I need my Photoshop working again so I can work again! Thank you very much.
