What version of Premiere Elements are you using and on what computer operating system is it running?
If you are using video recordings from the Nikon D5200, you be expected to have AVCHD.mov files? Are they?
What are the properties of your recordings - 1920 x 1080i or something else? What is the frame rate?
What are you doing with the Nikon NX2?
Do you have the latest version of QuickTime installed on your computer with Premiere Elements? If not, please
do that and then let us know if that resolves your issue of no video display.

I am using Premiere Elements 11. The file type is QuickTime(.mov). It is 1920x1080. The frame is 59/sec.

Downloaded NX2 To make sure that the video is there and it is.
It is now working. Downloaded QuickTime.

Besides the no video display for .mov, QuickTime install problem is typically reflected in that, when you get to Publish+Share/Computer/QuickTime, there would
be no Presets for the QuickTime choice.
