My name is Edmée and my recently bought CC program Indesign has stopped working. Other CC programs works fine.
After start-up screen there is a message that ID has stopped working (in Dutch) and that there is no solution at the moment.
What can be wrong, and how can it be solved?
Can anyone help me please?
I need ID for my study and I am a novice user in CC, so any good tips are welcome.
First thing I would try is reinstalling the program. You can do that right from the Creative Cloud app manager.
ETA: by that I mean uninstalling it from the CC App manager and then reinstalling it.
