and it is not just a time lag? Being that the first clip is being conformed and you will not hear the sound until the others become comformed. Or you see the clips conforming and after they have finished generating their peak files, you still have no sound?
i have seen this same post before, but it was not you, unless you deleted it and reposted. I would say others experience the same thing and was recent.
here are two posts. Don't know if they will help you. I thought I saw posts like yesterday and day before. The links don't look like they will work, but they are a copy and paste from browser window.

Hi, You can see my screen below. The one that is circled is currently being imported. All Audio tracks have been highlighted even though I have never needed to do that in the past. As long as they were not muted, they should. The tracks dont even exist. I imported all clips to this video at the same time and then i deleted them because I wanted to pick and choose. So I started over and that is why not even the first track has an audio clip. It is definitely not a time lag. This system is built for doing this work. i7, 24gb memory, 2gb of video memory from SLI graphics cards. Videos take almost zero time to import and conform. The thing is premiere was working flawlessly for 2 months after I upgraded from CS 5.5 to CC. Then right before I left for SEMA in Vegas this popped up. What i have been having to do is separate the audio from the video as its own track and then adding the audio separately. That is a pain in the butt! I was under a time crunch so I did it.
Click on "A1" on the left hand side of the Timeline to enable the track (it will turn blue). Then you will have audio patched properly and will be able to edit audio with the video. Try it and report back.
Yeah, my edit never happened.
This is what my message above was suppose to say.
Hi, You can see my screen below. I had a1-a3 highlighted, but the 2nd a1 was not selected. That is a new feature in CC so you can select where the audio track sit. IDK how it got unselected or why it works on the very first track imported. But anyways, thanks.
