Hi, I subscribed to Creative Cloud 3 months ago and still pay a monthly fee for it. However, I haven't been able to access/open Photoshop or LR for the past few weeks. The message I receive is that my trial has expired and that I should be buying the apps. I have tried the solution recommended by support: logging out and in again, downloading the updates, but no success so far I'd be grateful for your help!
