In FormsCentral Plus, I created a template that I used to collect quarterly reports from specific individuals. My boss asked me to add more fields for the responders to fill in. I duplicated the original template "without responses" and worked in the copy (duplicate) template to add the requested fields. I did this online at FormsCentral, in Web View.
Here's my problem: The response table did not update to reflect the new fields. It seems to be the same response table from the original template, emptied of previous responses. How do I get the response table aligned and synched-up with the newly edited form?
