The dialogs we had during the above time....ridiculous! Unfortunately for ADOBE we have all in written format.
All reps following the same procedure and question except that no one never looked our history on the subject.
At the end.....Sorry we cannot help online some one will contact you through e-mail.....we are still waiting.
When we found someone over the phone...Same situation!
We will proceed in legal actions to ADOBE since we consider they deceive their customers.
