They make it as hard as humanly possible. I've been trying for the last 30 minutes. You have to contact a support...but phone support isn't available on the weekends and the chat function is always "unavailable". Such a joke. Get with the times, Adobe.
Hi, My annual membership was automatically renewed on mid-November 2014 and since it's not yet 30 days after the membership occurred, I would like to cancel this renewed membership.
Please do advise on how to do this.
