That is the way you deactivate Premiere Elements 13.

In what way is it not good?

              Please explain.

              Thank you.

Yesterday upgraded BIOS and now turned out that Adobe Premiere Elements 13 is already the third computer and can be installed in only two

I am going to try a different approach to try to determine the cause of your issues with deactivating Premiere Elements 13.

Do you have a tryout or purchased version of Premiere Elements 13 that you are trying to deactivate?

What computer operating system is Premiere Elements 13 running on?

When open a new project to the Expert workspace, go to Help Menu/Sign Out, do you see a "Sign Out" option? If you do not,

what do you see instead....no mention of Sign In (your email address) or anything related to Sign In or Sign Out?

What is your evidence that the program is not already deactivated?

Please consider the above and then we can decide what next.

                    Thank you.

Thanks for the reply. Since we both posted at the same time, we did not see the other's comments.

If Premiere Elements 13 is now installed and activated on each of two of your computers, you will need

to deactivate one of those two in order to install that same purchased serial number on yet another computer.

So, on either of those two (already with Premiere Elements 13 installed and activated with this one and only serial number),

                      Help Menu/Sign Out.

What is happening so that is not working for you?

If you cannot sort out the activation/deactivation situation, the only one who can is Adobe via its Adobe Chat. To do that,

That No Disk in Drive is a major nuisance issue that has been appearing in several of the threads here lately.

                          1. Make sure you have restarted the computer.

                          2. Do you actually have an E Drive on your computer?

What is your drive situation, especially with regard to removable drives?

                          More later.

That's exactly a problems in desktop:

                              Adobe Premiere Elements 13
The serial number is already in use by by the maximum allowed computers. You need to deactivate another computer to use this product.

First old matter...did your Premiere Elements 13 No Disc error return? If it did, there is now an Adobe fix which has been working for most.

The fix is to delete or disable the file name OldFilm.AEX. In Windows 7, 8, or 8.1 64 bit, it is found...

                                  NewBlue

and in the NewBlue Folder is the OldFilm.AEX that you delete or disable by renaming the file from OldFilm.AEX to OldFilm.AEXOLD.

Now with regard to your post where you are asking "Where???"

Did you upgrade your computer's hardware, replace a hard drive, upgrade your operating system, or format your computer before deactivating your software?

This sounds like a message to you from Adobe. But Adobe would have given you contact information. Where and how did you get it? Whose name was on the message? I do not see it posted in your thread by Adobe Staff. It sounds like someone with incomplete information to confuse you rather than help you. I did not send it to you. I am not Adobe.
