I have pictures in the video and I am trying to add music from My Music folder that I purchased via iTunes.
iTunes has copy protection that causes problems for Premiere Elements
I don't do iTunes, but my VAGUE memory is you somehow have to convert the iTunes files to generic WAV sound files to be able to import
There MAY be a FAQ article about this (again, I don't do iTunes)
The Elements Tutorial Links Page http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1275830 may help
-has links to the FAQ/TIPS pages
I tried to import music from a CD and I get the same error.
There are many Premiere Elements threads and a solution on working with iTunes music in Premiere Elements.
The solution is to convert the iTunes music into the wav version in iTunes before import of the file into a Premiere Elements project.
The iTunes how to can be found
I have gone through this music conversion many times, so if you need further details into this iTunes based conversion,
please do not hesitate to ask.
If the music involved is very old iTunes music, then we might have to discuss the matter further.
Please review, consider, try, and then let us know the outcome.
Converting the file to wav version resolved the problem. Thank you!
