Adobe Chat Support UNAVAILABLE. ERROR: “Chat is Unavailable right Now”
2. Chat support with start with a staff greeting and case number then quickly fails with support staff inquiring a number times if I’m still available and send message button fails with error stating: “Chat is unavailable right now.”

I’m left with not being able reply even the Support Staff are beginning discussion or are repeatedly inquiring of I’m still connected or do I still want to chat.
Please understand I’m seeing the support staff in most cases but can’t reply.
I have attempted over a 12 times over a day and a half of the date posted at top.

The send chat to email function never display what I previously submitted. Before Adobe Support Staff come online.

I have been having the same problem for two days. I have tried three browsers on my Macbook (Safari, Chrome, Firefox) and Safari on my iPad. When a representative answers, I cannot replay (Send Message button is disabled.)
Right now I have been waiting for 15 minutes, getting a repeating message that "we are still assisting other customers..." etc.
The issue faced by you has been escalated. Being a technical issue, Technical expert shall be assisting you.
