      Adobe Chat Support UNAVAILABLE.  ERROR: “Chat is Unavailable right Now”

       

      1. Chat support with start with a staff greeting  and case number then quickly fails with error stating: “Chat is unavailable right now.”

       

         2. Chat support with start with a staff greeting  and case number then quickly fails with support staff inquiring a number times if I’m still available and send  message button fails with error stating: “Chat is unavailable right now.”

      I’m left with not being able reply even the Support Staff are beginning discussion or are repeatedly inquiring of I’m still connected or do I still want to chat.

       

      Please understand I’m seeing the support staff in most cases but can’t reply.

       

      I have attempted over a 12 times over a day and a half of the date posted at top.

       

      Previous case numbers poste of earlier attempts as follows:

      The send chat to email function never display what I previously submitted. Before Adobe Support Staff come online.
