I purchased LR just over a year ago, has been working fine until I tried to open the app this evening and it's now asking me for my serial number. There is also no past records of product purchase in my CC account. Has anyone had this problem before and how can I fix it as I am now back on a 30 day trial.
Have you subscribed to the creative cloud photography package?
If you have, does Lightroom show as being available to install from the CC application manager?
Did you update your Lightroom just before this problem started?
What operating system?
