    Text entry boxes

Hi. I'm using Captivate 8 and have a slide which features six text entry boxes. I want the user to type a single letter (either C or R) into the first box, then click the tab key to move onto the next box. When I preview this it works perfectly, but when I publish it the tab key doesn't work and even if you click in one of the other boxes, any text you enter goes into the first box. Can anyone help me?

          Hi there

When you preview, if you first click on the area where the text goes, does the tab key work after doing that?

          Cheers... Rick

            Hi Rick

Thanks for your reply, but I think I've identified the problem now. The slide in question had two interactions - the text entry boxes, and buttons which launched audio. It seems to me that there is a problem on certain platforms (eg Connect) when you have this situation. By separating the interactions I seem to have solved the problem - at least for today!

            Cheers
