If you have any order number for your Complete Creative cloud subscription, that would be needed.
No, i have no order number cause the only message i recieved it was that i should wait 24hours to get some email with the confirmation.
As I mentioned in above message, that there is no Complete Creative cloud on your account and your other single app subscription has expired, it is but obvious that your CC apps would work in TRIAL mode.

Yes i understand that, but the man from adobe (on chat) canceled the subscription that we can replace with the CC complete. So now i can not work cause have not one of them, and in the link you send me i have to buy as new custom! i am not a new custom and my subscription was in time when the man canceled! I realy don't undestand that, and make me sad that i can not work just because i wanted to upgrade my subscription.
You have never purchased the Creative cloud complete, so for this you are a new customer. Even if for upgrade, you have ot make the purchase yourself.
So as mentioned in above messages, you have to purchase the complete Creative cloud in order to use it and make it work.
Otherwise your apps would stop working eventually.
