    Problems with registration of Creative Cloud




      I have bought a full CC membership a month ago. I already had apps on trial period when I bought the membership.

      I had problems with registration for all the apps, it kept saying I needed serial key to register.

      Now trial period has expired, and I asked the customer support for help.


      Customer support gave me a detailed answer to delete some of the host files etc etc, but now when I try to open the applications, it only says that it is damaged or files are missing.

      I find customer support way too slow, and I have already paid a full month for the membership and still having the same issue.

      This is creating a lot of problems for my work, and I really need this issue fixed asap.


      Please help me to solve this issue.
