The earliest I can find through the usual channels is installs for CS3 (which is version 8 of AE).
This may be a silly suggestion, but have you thought about using CC 2014 (version 13)? It's pretty cheap per month if this isn't a big job and you only need it for a hobby or a one-off thing. Heck; you can do a 30-day trial for free!
You can always visit cycore's site and see if there's anything like legacy filters available for download or you could send them some email.
But I'm thinking you're out of luck unless you can find an old AE box on the resale market. Risky.
It's strange that Adobe don't have the Cycore plug-ins available at the point of download. (It would make things so civilized.)
Thanks for the tip :-), I wonder if placing the plug-ins for CS3 in the appropriate folder for AE 7 might work??? Where did you find them???
Apparently, they can't send the plug-ins without Adobe approval.

We did... ten years ago, when this version was being sold and supported.
