We recently received a ConnectEd grant at our school but when we go to install the product it tells us that all of the serial numbers are invalid. These are the numbers and links provided to us by Adobe. Any ideas how we can proceed?
Since I don't know what links you mean, make sure the product you are trying to install is what the serial number is designated to be for.
If your communications with Adobe do not provide some contact information, you will probably need to contact Adobe Support directly using chat.

I was able to get in touch via chat and they told me the serial numbers
were for a newer version (13) than the one on our portal (12). I think I
now have it working. Thanks for your help!
