CS 5. Windows will not boot but I can access HD can I deactivate the install so I can reformat and reinstall after windows is installed?
If not how do I contact Adobe (phone no help, Chat even less help) to get another activation OKed so I can use the product?
You need to contact Adobe Support thru chat and ask them to reset your activation account. That is all you should ask of them... ask anything else and they are likely to send you back to the forums.
