    CS 5 hard drive wont boot need to reset activation so I can use


      CS 5. Windows will not boot but I can access HD can I deactivate the install so I can reformat and reinstall after windows is installed?

      If not how do I contact Adobe (phone no help, Chat even less help) to get another activation OKed so I can use the product?
