Do NOT randomly try any of the fixes, but this "pre-populated" Google search does have a link with information
The devenum.dll module functions for the DirectShow API
That means to ME that you have a driver problem with your UN-named graphics adapter (of course, I could be wrong in that)
•What is your exact brand/model graphics adapter (ATI or nVidia or ???)
•What is your exact graphics adapter driver version?
•Have you gone to the vendor web site to check for a newer driver?
•For Windows, do NOT rely on Windows Update to have current driver information
•-you need to go direct to the vendor web site and check updates for yourself
•ATI Driver Autodetect http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/auto-detect-tool
•nVidia Driver Downloads http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
Do you have dual graphics adapters?
Go to the Windows Control Panel and select Hardware and Sound and then select Device Manager... In Device manager you click the + sign to the left of Display Adapters... and see if 2 are listed

Create a new project and without importing anything Go to File > Project settings > General and change the Mercury Playback Engine to GPU Acceleration software only and click on Delete Previews after clicking OK. Then import the media.
Hope this helps,
Thank you that fixed the issue!
I had the same issue and Rameez' fix worked for me too. Thanks!
