I don't want to lose all my 32 bit plug ins that I've bought over the years. I've noticed that a lot of software companies are only offering 64 bit programs now.
32 bit plugins will not work on 64 bit Photoshop. You can however download the 32 bit version for that purpose.
Other than that, you would have to contact your plugin maker for updated 64 bit versions for 64 bit PS.
Unless you're on a Mac, Photoshop will install both 32 and 64 bit versions, so you can use your 32bit plug in the 32 bit version of PS if they don't work with the 64 bit version.
