I bought the student pack with all the applications that I need, but when I follow the first instructions to downloading creative cloud, I start up the creative cloud installer and the installer starts up but then just as the bar reaches about halfway the download window just disappears. It has happened several times and only once have I gotten another window explaining the error code (which I can't remember).

-try some steps such as changing browsers and turning off your firewall
-also flush your browser cache so you are starting with a fresh browser
