Just encountered an issue/bug in my Adobe BC Portal page at https://ava.worldsecuresystems.com/PartnerPortal/CreateSite.aspx - the Help/Support link isn't working correctly. Am i approaching this incorrectly?
What happens when you click to the Help/Support link?
Could you please try clearing browser cache and cookies and try to login to partner portal again and check if that helps?
I got a partial link and therefore a 404 page.
I don't know if I could duplicate the issue again myself.
