    CS6 won't open -- 'starting panels'

    JakeE

      Hi All!

Thanks in advance for the assistance. I recently got a new computer, and I can't get ID to play nice. If I log in as the network administrator (which isn't possible on a day to day basis), it loads fine...if I log in to the domain with my standard login (which shows as admin on my local machine), ID will open 1 time, and then continue to hang on 'starting panels'

      The windows event viewer says:

Faulting application name: InDesign.exe, version: 8.0.0.370, time stamp: 0x4f72c3ee

Faulting module name: SUPPORT FOR JAVASCRIPT.RPLN, version: 8.0.0.370, time stamp: 0x4f72caab

      Exception code: 0xc0000005

      Fault offset: 0x00020334

      Faulting process id: 0x1550

      Faulting application start time: 0x01d014a0b8d2f149

Faulting application path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe InDesign CS6\InDesign.exe

Faulting module path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe InDesign CS6\Required\SUPPORT FOR JAVASCRIPT.RPLN

How do I get SUPPORT FOR JAVASCRIPT.RPLN, version: 8.0.0.370 to load properly when not logged in as a netowrk administrator? My previous computer (with identical windows 7 64bit OS, and network privledges) did not experience this error.

      Any thoughts?
