How do I convert prel without audio coming out of sync?

    deedz242

I created an hour long project that plays fine until i convert it to mp4...avchd...or mpeg. The begining of the video plays fine even some of the ending but the speeches are clearly out of sync with the video. Im lost. When i take the speeches out and convert them by themselves they are in sync. But within the project its horrible. What do i do?

What computer operating system is your Premiere Elements 13

            Please give

Project Preset set by you (manually) or the project (automatically)

If you do not know, please see Edit Menu/Project Settings/General and the readings for Editing Mode, Timebase, Frame Size, and Pixel Aspect Ratio (even if the fields look grayed out)

            Properties of your source media

Do you preview the Timeline content before export? If so, are you previewing the rendered or unrendered Timeline content?

            Details of your export choice

            Publish+Share

            Computer

            AVCHD

and then what are you setting for Presets, and are you using the defaults for the preset or customizing the preset under its Advanced Button/Video Tab?

What video card/graphics card does your computer use? Please verify with Device Manager/Display Adapters area information.
