I am using Mac OSX 10.6.8 with Safari version 5.1.10. I have always had automatic updates without any problems. Now having been told to update back in September I have downloaded and tried to install many times only to find the Install tab is blacked out leaving only the Quit button. So I have uninstalled successfully and tried to download and install yet again many times. Still no flash player. I have tried your forums and not had any replies except for someone saying they are having the same problem with windows.Why is this happening? I would appreciate some help sooner rather than later, this has been going on for so long.
