this is a known issue that we are trying to pin down.
Could you please send us a diagnostics log from the app?
You can do this by:
1. opening the settings (press the Lr icon)
2. And then keeping the same icon pressed.
If you don't have a mail client on your device - please share the log privately.
I sent the diagnostic from my iPad Mini to the default address in the email. It had the problem recently. Please let me know when there is a resolution.
Ok, the log needs to be created when you are in that state.
In this case it looks like you created the log once you were logged in.
