Does not sound like it, but are you using a pen and tablet instead of a mouse or touchpad?
If mouse, have you adjusted the mouse preferences wherever they may be in a Mac computer?
No. I am using a laptop with mouse. My setting appear to be fine; I don't see anything with the mouse that would cause this problem, but I'll look further.
If anybody has any other suggestions, please let me know. Otherwise I'm going to see if I can get my money back. The program is pretty much useless as in the current situation.
Did you purchase the program from Adobe as an online download? Then you should be able to get a money back return if you are within 30 days of the purchase.
But, have you considered an uninstall, free ccleaner run through, and reinstall with antivirus and firewall(s) disabled?
You could try a less drastic action and delete the Adobe Premiere Elements Prefs file. It is my understanding that file is located
Users/Owner/Libraries/Application Support/Adobe/Premiere Elements/13.0.
Please let us know the outcome.
