Installing NPAPI via MSI for 16.0.0.235 over 15.0.0.246 gives error

    mzocher

I'm deploying out the NPAPI plugin to our Windows computers via the MSI file.  While this has worked in the past to make sure the user had the latest version of the plugin, the MSI for the NPAPI plugin incorrectly thinks I have a newer version installed, when I actually have the older 15.0.0.246 installed.  I was able to upgrade the ActiveX version without incident.

      Steps to replicate:

      1. Install the NPAPI plugin version 15.0.0.246
      2. Attempt to install the NPAPI plugin 16.0.0.235 via the MSI

Here is the excerpt of my FlashInstall.log. Is anyone else seeing this?
