I have a Premiere 10 program and i have installd it on my new computer and i have problem with the monitor witch dont work

I have seen that it is problem with NVIDIA video card is it possibel to solve this problem on a W8.1 64bit machine?

If i need to buy a new program, does Premiere 13 supports NVIDIA video card on a W8.1 computer?

It appears that NVIDIA does not have NVIDIA GeForce driver versions old enough to be rolled back to about May 2013 to fix the Premiere Elements 10/NVIDIA GeForce issue. You can check with NVIDIA to double check. But that has been the way it has been. You can try to roll back the driver version in your Windows 8.1 64 bit to the oldest available. But, as I said, I do not believe that will be old enough to fix the situation.

Premiere Elements versions other than 10 would not be expected to have this specific Premiere Elements 10/NVIDIA GeForce issue. However, NVIDIA GeForce video card/graphics card or not, I would strongly encourage you to evaluate the Premiere Elements 13 tryout from Adobe before any purchase to assure the program's compatibility with your computer environment as well as with your project goals.

There have been some significant removals and changes in 13.

Any questions, please let me know.

          Thank you.
