Do you see an OK button at the bottom?
"OK" will save, "Cancel" will exit without saving.
Your pop-up window Is too small to display the entire page.
George is right, your window is too small. It look like you have room to
make it bigger. The standard behavior of the window is that you cannot make
it smaller than a specified size, and that the buttons automatically get
positioned based on the window size. Somehow your editor window gets
displayed too small. In the lower right corner, you see the resize drag
handle. Click on that corner and drag the window larger. I suspect that
once it's big enough the missing buttons will get shown as well.
What is the exact version of Acrobat? The latest update to Acrobat 11 is 11.0.10. What you're experiencing could be an Acrobat bug and should be reported.
Does the editor window look too big? Is anything else in Acrobat sized
incorrectly? This could be related to the "Scale for screen resolution"
setting. Open up Acrobat's preferences, then go to the "General" category
and change the "Scale for screen resolution" setting to 100%. After
restarting Acrobat, does the editor window look different?
11.0.07. This is what downloaded yesterday when I chose to "try" Acrobat 11 for a 30-day trial period. I agree that it seems my monitor resolution might have something to do with the problem. I have a 1920 x 1080 resolution. I have tried changing it some. No luck.
I wonder if 11.0.10 will even patch into my trial version. I am choosing the "Check for Updates" in the menu, and it does not update from 11.0.07.
You are onto the issue, Karl. It has all the buttons once re-scaled to 100%. They are very small, though. I changed to "System," and it looks good.
Thanks, everyone, for helping! Now, I can get in and get dirty. Plenty of questions will follow, I am sure. It looks fairly powerful.
